If you are a new patient to our office, please visit our patient forms page to download our new patient bundle with forms that will need to be filled out when you arrive at our office. Printing them, filling them out and bringing them with you will allow us to attend to your medical needs more quickly than completing them on your arrival. For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, and most major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. As a courtesy to our patients, we work with CareCredit, a dental financing service that will provide interest-free financial support to help you obtain the care necessary to meet your short- and long-term dental goals.
Insurance and Billing
Payment is due at the time of treatment. However, we will file all of your insurance claims and will work to ensure you receive maximum benefits from your dental insurance. Our office is “In-Network” with several dental insurance companies. We are happy to verify your benefits and provide you with a pre-treatment estimate. If the amount paid by the insurance company is less than or greater than the estimate we provided to you, then we will bill you the difference or issue a refund for the overpayment.
